Can I book care now?
Not yet. We’re finalizing clinical partnerships, pricing and state coverage. Registering interest is free and does not book an appointment or guarantee treatment.
Do I need a membership?
No membership is required to register interest. One-time access and an optional wellness membership are planned; prices and inclusions will be published before enrollment.
Who provides medical care?
Independent licensed clinicians evaluate patients and make care decisions. Synergy provides technology and nonclinical coordination. Confirmed provider and partner details will be published before care begins.
