How an online ED consultation will work

Clear information about privacy, clinical review and costs can make it easier to take the first step. This guide describes what to confirm about an evaluation, without recommending a treatment.

By Synergy Care Connect · Service planning information. This guide does not provide medical advice or recommend a treatment.

Preparing to launch. Care, payment and booking are not available yet. Partnerships, coverage, pricing and service details are being finalized.

Start with a secure clinical intake

When care opens, the medical practice will provide its approved secure intake. Prepare your current medications and supplements, relevant health history and questions for the clinician. Synergy’s public interest form collects basic routing information and is not the place for medical details.

Confirm who reviews your information

Ask for the treating clinician’s identity, credentials and availability in your state. Confirm the visit format and whether a live consultation or additional assessment is needed. An evaluation does not guarantee medication, and the clinician may recommend a different next step.

Understand privacy and communication

Before submitting medical information, review the practice’s privacy information and ask who can access the record. Ask how clinical messages, billing descriptions and pharmacy communications will appear. Do not assume anonymous care, discreet shipping or a particular billing description unless the responsible provider confirms it.

Review prescriptions and pharmacy costs

If medication is recommended, ask the clinician to explain the options, risks and instructions relevant to you. Confirm the prescription price, quantity, shipping, pharmacy choice and any recurring order terms before purchase. Synergy’s supported medications and pharmacy arrangements are still being finalized.

Plan for questions and follow-ups

Ask how to contact the practice, when follow-up is needed and how renewals are assessed. Confirm the evaluation and follow-up fees, messaging inclusions and cancellation terms. A subscription or membership does not guarantee an ongoing prescription.

Explore the planned service

Review the planned care pathway, common questions and the option to register interest without paying.
