Preparing for an online hair-loss evaluation
An online evaluation should give you a clear understanding of the clinician’s assessment and next steps. Here is what to prepare and confirm before booking when care becomes available.

Prepare your history and questions
Make notes about the changes you have noticed, their timing, previous treatments and your goals. Have your current medication list and relevant health history ready. The practice will explain whether photos or other information are needed and provide a secure way to submit them.
Confirm the evaluation format
Ask whether the clinician will review a secure intake, conduct a live visit or request additional assessment. The visit format depends on the practice’s requirements, your location and clinical needs. An online review does not guarantee a diagnosis or prescription.
Understand the recommendation
Ask the clinician to explain their assessment, any additional evaluation needed and the options they consider appropriate. Discuss questions about expected progress, potential risks and alternatives with the clinician. Synergy coordinates the process and does not select treatment for you.
Compare total and recurring costs
Confirm the evaluation fee, follow-up charges and any medication, shipping or subscription costs. Ask whether pharmacy choice is available and whether medication prices can change. Final Synergy pricing, pharmacy options and service inclusions are still being finalized.
Clarify follow-up and cancellation
Ask how progress will be reviewed, how to contact the clinician with concerns and what is required for renewals. Review cancellation and refund terms before paying. Continued prescriptions depend on clinical decisions and are not automatic.
