Choosing an online weight-management program
A useful comparison starts with the complete care process and total cost. Use these questions to understand what a program offers before committing.

What does the initial evaluation cover?
Ask who will review your history, what qualifications they hold and whether they can provide care in your state. Confirm the visit format, evaluation fee and what happens if the clinician recommends additional assessment or a different care setting. An evaluation does not guarantee medication.
What should I prepare?
When a practice provides a secure intake, have your current medications and supplements, relevant health history, previous weight-management approaches, goals and available test results ready. Ask the practice what else it needs. Do not submit medical information through Synergy’s public interest form.
What is the complete price?
Compare the initial consultation, recurring visits, laboratory testing, medication, supplies and shipping where applicable. Ask whether the quoted medication price changes with the product or dose, whether insurance is accepted and how any price changes are communicated. Synergy’s final prices and insurance arrangements are not confirmed.
How does ongoing support work?
Ask the clinician about the follow-up schedule, how to report concerns, how treatment is reassessed and what messaging includes. Separately confirm whether nutrition support or fitness coaching is included, optional or unavailable. Synergy’s planned wellness services are still in development.
What happens if I stop or cancel?
Review recurring billing, cancellation deadlines, refund terms and whether any unused visits expire. Ask the clinician how to handle a change in treatment or care provider. A billing cancellation and a clinical treatment decision are different matters.
